You can hire a machine, but a hired pressure cleaner on full blast is how paint gets stripped and water ends up behind cladding. Not as part of a house wash. Your windows and screens get rinsed off in the process, but that is a rinse, not a window clean. If you want them done properly we would recommend booking a window cleaner afterwards, and we are happy to point you to someone good.
