1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website or engaging Shoreline Pressure Washing Pty Ltd for any cleaning service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Shoreline Pressure Washing Pty Ltd provides professional exterior cleaning services throughout South East Queensland, including (but not limited to) Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Logan, Ipswich, and surrounding regions.

Our services include:

Pressure washing and soft washing

Driveway and concrete cleaning

Roof, gutter, and solar panel cleaning

House washing and exterior building cleaning

Commercial and strata pressure cleaning

All services are subject to availability and site inspection.

3. Quotes, Invoices, and Payments

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Payment terms will be outlined on your invoice; full payment is typically required upon completion unless prior arrangements are made.

Large or specialised jobs may require a deposit before work commences.

Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer, or other methods agreed in writing.

Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe may result in late fees, collection costs, or suspension of further work.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made within 72 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Shoreline Pressure Washing Pty Ltd reserves the right to postpone or reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions (e.g. heavy rain, electrical storms) or other factors beyond our control.

5. Access and Site Conditions

The client must ensure that:

Clear and safe access is available to all areas requiring cleaning.

Water and electricity are available on site (where required).

All doors, windows, and vents are closed to prevent water ingress.

Outdoor items such as furniture, electrical devices, or fragile items are removed or covered.

If access or site conditions are unsafe, Shoreline Pressure Washing may refuse service or apply additional charges for time lost.

6. Liability and Care

While all reasonable care is taken, Shoreline Pressure Washing Pty Ltd accepts no liability for pre-existing damage, loose paint, defective materials, poor sealing, or fragile surfaces.

We are not responsible for damage caused by water entering through existing cracks, gaps, or unsealed surfaces.

Clients are responsible for notifying our team of any known vulnerabilities prior to commencement.

7. Service Guarantee

We take pride in providing high-quality cleaning results. However, the outcome of pressure or soft washing depends on the surface condition, age, material type, and nature of contaminants.

No guarantee is made that all stains (such as rust, oil, or deep mould) can be completely removed.

If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will work with you to resolve any concerns promptly.

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, photos, and design—is the property of Shoreline Pressure Washing Pty Ltd and is protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without written consent.

Unauthorised use of this website may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability
